I received a carriage driving gift voucher for Christmas, it was an nice surprise from my wife and one that I keen to do as soon as possible. I was looking for a way of capturing the excitement of horse-riding with actually horse riding. What a day! It was cold and miserable and I had a great time. We took Eddie out for three hours and covered a lot of Leith Hill. At the end we were all wet, cold and exhausted, but I loved every minute of it. I will definitely be back,

My friend and I live in London, finding the yard was straight forward. We booked for a half day hack to Leith Hill Tower. It was fantastic! The horses were well trained and keen, the view was amazing and the pint in The Plough Inn was well received. We will be coming back!

Daniel has the patient of a saint! He has worked with me and my very unwilling horse over the past few months and I'm delighted to say Sam is now fully broken to drive and I am now fully confident to Drive. We will be back for more lessons once we've had some time on our own. I am looking forward to joining the heavy horse clubs and hopefully competing this year.

I have been taking lessons with Daniel for the past six months. I own a cob which I used to ride, but last year I decided to try my hand at driving. I'm happy to say that Bertie and I are now fully able to set off for carriage drives on our own. It's an amazing feeling and I an looking forward to the summer and maybe an event or two.

Just to say I thoroughly enjoyed your Introduction to Carriage Driving session, what a surprise birthday treat!. Your tuition and relaxed manner provided me with confidence and encouragement through all the various aspects involved in carriage driving and made it an interesting and most positive learning experience.
